Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3+) - up to £31,200 + £500 New Starter Bonus*

Standard working hours are 40 hrs per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, around the current shift system. All Year Round.

Our nursery in West Ealing (Hathaway) has fantastic resources, large and wonderful gardens and fabulous staff that ensure children flourish and leave fully prepared for their adventure ahead.

Capacity: 34 place Nursery (3 months to 4 years) Rooms: 1 x Baby Room (0-2 years x 9 places) 1 x Toddler/Pre-school Room (2-3 years x 16 places (3-4 years x 9 places)

Opening Times: 7.30am - 6.00pm

Experience / Qualifications - What you will bring to the role:

Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification (Level 3 or above)
Previous experience of working at Deputy Manager or Room Leader level within a nursery
Previous experience of shaping little lives & positively impacting families
Great communication skills, including the ability to understand babble
A sense of humour which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.
A team player with the ability to be flexible to the needs of the children and the team.
A passion for a play based approach to children’s learning and development
Commitment – even to reach the end of that story that has been interrupted 5 times
Patience & passion, enabling you to build effective & lasting relationships that will reward you with love, pride & a sense of achievement you won’t find in other roles!
